This is Michael Gassanenko's proposal about standardization
of return address manipulation operators. This is also a paper
that had to be published in the last issue of Forth Dimensions,
but it seems that this issue has never been printed.

If you care about portability of return address manipulations,

Class 5 is ugly and unusable. This is because there is a compromise
between elegance and portability. Do not chase portability, instead
find a compromise that will be optimal for you.
